Pastor Jeff Lindsay grew up in Kannapolis, NC and is a 1999 graduate of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary.  He became Redeemer's fifth pastor in December 2016 and previously served congregations in Hickory, NC and Vienna, VA.  He is married with 2 sons and is a member of the all clergy rock-n-roll band Rev it Up.

Liz Elkin has been the Office Administrator at Redeemer since August of 1994.  She is married to Gary and they are members of Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church in Belmont.  Liz's family includes 4 children, who are all married and living in the Gastonia area; 2 "bonus" sons, also married and living in Mooresville, NC; and 17 wonderful grandchildren!

Darlene Cluff is our Director of Music. She has her Masters in Opera Performance
from the University of Texas at Austin and her Bachelors of Art in Music Education from U.T. El Paso.  Darlene has extensive experience as a choral director, educator and pianist.  She is originally from El Paso, TX.

​​Brian Biggerstaff is a native of Gastonia and is married to Elizabeth. He is a lifelong Lutheran and has been employed as the church sexton since mid-2020.
