Pastor: Jeff Lindsay
​Jeff grew up in Kannapolis, NC, and is a 1999 graduate of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary.  He became Redeemer's fifth pastor in December 2016 and previously served congregations in Conover, NC, and Vienna, VA.  He is married with two sons and is a member of the all clergy rock-n-roll band, Rev it Up.

Office Administrator / Treasurer: David Beard
​Originally from Endicott, NY, David moved to Charlotte in January of 1979. He is married with one son. One of David’s deep passions is as a tenured music historian and writer. His faith and love of music led him to curating and reporting on The Beach Boys history for over 31 years, singing in the adult choir at St. John's Episocpal Church in Charlotte, NC, and daily meditation and prayer.

Director of Music: Darlene Cluff
Originally from El Paso, TX, ​Darlene has her Masters in Opera Performance from the University of Texas at Austin and her Bachelors of Art in Music Education from U.T. El Paso.  Darlene has extensive experience as a choral director, educator, and pianist.

Sexton: ​​Brian Biggerstaff
​Brian is a native of Gastonia and is married to Elizabeth. He is a lifelong Lutheran and has been employed as the church sexton since mid-2020.
